Workplace Adjustments - Education Adjustments - Life Adjustments

Our Work

We are uniquely positioned to help employers and people with disabilities and health conditions secure the Reasonable and Workplace Adjustments they need to succeed. We advise businesses and employers in both the public and private sector how to be disability champions and to get the most out of their staff when they face organisational change.

  • People with personal experience of dealing with disability, long term health conditions, dyslexia, dyspraxia and neurodiversity. We have trained in working with disabled and neurodiverse people and appreciate the significance of Workplace and Reasonable Adjustments first-hand, and how they can positively impact individuals' quality of life.
